WEB VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 22, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B2Gold Corp. ("B2Gold" or the "Company") (TSX: BTO) (NYSE AMERICAN: BTG) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2023.

The dividend will be paid on December 29, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2023. The ex-dividend date is December 14, 2023.
